Mike Binetti of New Jersey collects a pay voucher form an Iraqi worker who participated in Task Force Neighborhood Tuesday afternoon. The workers were paid 3000 dinar (equivalent to about $2 U.S.) and a humanitarian meal. The task force hired about 100 people to help clean the streets near the banking district in downtown Baghdad. The trash that was collected was loaded onto U.S. military trucks and hauled away.
